Current status: This site currently publishes legal information only. The Assistant has not been operationally connected to Facebook Messenger or Instagram conversations, and patient messages are not currently collected or processed through this site. We will update this policy before enabling any additional message processing.

2Information that may be processed now

• When you visit these pages, the hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, visit dates, and browser information in server logs, depending on actual hosting settings.
• If you email us, we process your contact details and information you choose to include in your message to respond to your request.
• These pages do not provide a login, message-collection forms, or Assistant-specific analytics cookies.

3Intended future use of the Assistant

Subject to technical and policy approvals, the Assistant may later organize general administrative inquiries through authorized channels. Necessary information might then include platform account identifiers, general inquiry content, message timestamps, and human-review status.

This additional processing will not begin before an updated policy describes actual practices, service providers, retention periods, and the applicable legal basis.

4Health and sensitive information

The Assistant is not intended for diagnosis, psychological treatment, individualized medical advice, or receiving clinical records. Please do not send sensitive health information or personal case details through this channel. For clinical matters, use the secure channel designated by the clinic.

5Purposes and legal basis

At present, visit information may be processed under hosting settings to serve and protect these pages, and incoming emails are processed to respond to privacy or service inquiries. The applicable legal basis depends on the processing and governing law; consent will be obtained where required.

6Third-party services

These pages are hosted by Hostinger. Server locations and web-log retention depend on the hosting account's actual configuration and must be verified before final operational disclosures.

No activated integration currently sends messages to an AI provider. Meta may independently process information about users of Facebook and Instagram under its own policies.

7Retention and security

Email correspondence relating to requests is retained only as necessary to respond or comply with legal obligations. Hosting access logs are governed by the host's controls and account settings; you may request further details by emailing the privacy contact. Before messaging operations begin, we will publish specific retention periods and applicable security controls.

We use appropriate administrative access controls when handling messages received through the contact email, while acknowledging that no online service is entirely risk-free.

8Your rights

Subject to applicable laws, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we retain about you, or object to certain processing where applicable. Reasonable identity verification may be required before disclosure or deletion.
