1Purpose of this page

Mohammed AlSarhan respects your right to request access to, or deletion of, personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law. This page explains how to make such a request.

Current status: The Assistant's Instagram and Facebook Messenger message-receiving functions are not enabled. We may currently hold only emails a user directly sends about the service and technical website access logs handled under hosting settings.

2Information a request may cover

  • Correspondence you sent directly to our contact email.
  • Personal information we actually hold in relation to your request.
  • If the system is activated later, requests may also cover general administrative data under our control as described in the then-current policy.

This process does not automatically cover separate medical records or information independently held by Meta in its systems.

3How to submit a request

  • Email info@thesoulthrive.com.
  • Use the subject: Soul Thrive AI Assistant — Data Deletion Request.
  • Identify the contact channel you used and describe the information you wish to delete. If relevant in the future, a Facebook or Instagram username may be provided without sharing a password.
  • Do not include passwords, access tokens, medical files, or sensitive identity documents in your initial email.

4Verification and response

We may request limited information to verify identity and prevent deletion of someone else's information. We will review information under our control and handle the request in accordance with applicable laws and obligations.

If certain data must be retained for legal reasons, we will explain why where legally permitted. Hosting logs and backups are subject to applicable technical and legal retention rules; you can ask about actual periods using the email above.

We will communicate the result through the contact method used for your request, within timeframes required by applicable law.

5Information held by Meta

Facebook and Instagram may independently retain messages or account information. Deleting information from our own systems does not automatically delete your account or Meta-held information; use the platform's privacy settings for that information.
